Site Types
Standard Sites: Cement patios.
Deluxe Sites: Sites in the park where no other unit is behind you.
Premium Sites: Largest, most requested sites in the park. End sites with no one to the side of you.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance (2 weeks for holidays or peak times) by 1 p.m., the day of your scheduled arrival, are responsible for your entire stay.
- Sorry, no refunds for rain, no extra charge for SUNSHINE! In the event the park needs to close due to inclement weather or other emergencies, we will provide you a credit for your stay of those funds not used. This credit will be good for one year from the date of issue. No refunds for early departure regardless of the reason!
- Payments from reservations that are cancelled, at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date (14 days during holiday and peak times – subject to change), will be issued as a gift certificate good for 12 months from the original arrival date.
- Holidays and Peak Times: There is a 4-night minimum reservation and no coupons will be accepted.
- Check-in – 1 p.m. / Check-out – 12 p.m. (noon)
- Additional adults/children $7 each. Visitors for the day $5 each.
